Jain Education Consultancy (JEC Schools) is the parent company of Teachers Naukri. Both operate under ISEELEARNING PVT. LTD.
This Refund Policy applies to paid services or transactions offered through Teachers Naukri, where payment is processed by or on behalf of ISEELEARNING PVT. LTD. and its brands (including Teachers Naukri and Jain Education Consultancy / JEC Schools).
1. Scope
Refunds apply only to eligible fees clearly identified as refundable at the time of purchase (for example, certain listings, promotions, or premium features if offered). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, services are provided on a best-effort basis in line with our terms.
2. Eligibility
- If a paid service was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, you may request a review within 14 days of payment.
- Duplicate charges or proven payment processing errors will be corrected or refunded after verification.
- Fees for successfully delivered services (e.g. job postings that went live as agreed) are generally non-refundable once the service period has begun.
3. How to request a refund
Email the contact address shown in the site footer with your registered name, transaction reference, date of payment, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank or card settlement times may vary and are outside our control.
5. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page.
