Jain Education Consultancy (JEC Schools) is the parent company of Teachers Naukri. Both operate under ISEELEARNING PVT. LTD.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teachers Naukri website and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

2. Use of the Services

You agree not to misuse the Services—for example, no unlawful content, harassment, scraping that overloads our systems, false applications, or impersonation. Schools and teachers are expected to interact professionally.

3. Listings & applications

Job postings and profiles are provided by users or administrators. We do not guarantee that every listing will result in employment. Hiring decisions are made by schools; Teachers Naukri is a facilitator, not an employer, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Content & intellectual property

Site design, branding, and our original content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it as needed to run the Services.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

6. Paid features

If we offer paid services, additional terms and our Refund Policy may apply. Fees and taxes will be described at checkout where relevant.
